Nēwo-Yōtina Friendship Centre

Providing social-based programming for urban Indigenous and non-Indigenous people and families while serving as a focal point for the urban community to gather for a variety of community functions and events.

Our Services

We serve breakfast 7 days a week and lunch 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). 

DROP IN CENTRE

Access to a public washroom, public phone, photocopy, fax, and printing services, computer for essential use, coffee, and toast are served daily, hot lunch is served once per week.

HOUSING PROGRAMS

Our housing support workers provide services to clients to support obtaining and maintaining safe, secure, and affordable housing.

Wâhkôhtowin HARM REDUCTION

We proudly operate Canada’s only indigenous lead safe consumption site. Adults 18+

HEALTH AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS

Providing emotional, spiritual, physical, and mental support to Indian residential school survivors (IRSS), their families, and communities through programming and case management.
