FOUR WINDS HOUSING PROGRAM

  • Transportation for the client to appointments and programs.

    Help to set up appropriate support services in the mental and physical health sector.

    Assist with rent and bill payments, as well as budgeting.

    Help connect the client to recreational, cultural and spiritual programming.

    Assist in matters of food security, home maintenance and daily living skills.

    Help the client address addictions concerns and seek appropriate support.

    Navigate social assistance, Service Canada, legal courts, child protection, or any other government programs they may be connected to.

We work with individuals and families that require mid-range support to maintain stable housing.

Our staff conduct home visits every week, to assist with any tasks or goals those in our program may be working towards. The program focuses on our client’s ability to maintain stable tenancy and transition into independent living.

We work to enhance mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.

The Sohkâyâwin Intensive Case Management Program

The Sohkayawin Housing Program provides support for individuals with complex needs or those who have experienced homelessness for long periods of time.

The program focuses on our clients’ ability to maintain stable tenancy and transition into independent living. It has been holistically designed to enhance tenants’ mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
